At NXP, a large manufacturing reporting database had to stay in lock-step with the OLTP production database — because roughly 6,000 machines depended on that reporting data to keep running. I delivered flawless SharePlex real-time replication between the production and reporting databases, keeping them in sync continuously with no disruption. The result was a major operational win for the customer: reliable, real-time reporting at manufacturing scale.
Also at NXP, I independently ran the entire Microsoft SQL Server estate — administration, monitoring, and PowerShell automation — alongside the Oracle and replication work. Full ownership of day-to-day stability and operational tooling, with no hand-holding required.
During my Malaysia (Nexperia) time I was a strong HP-UX on-premise system administrator — comfortable owning Unix platform operations underneath the database tier, not just the databases themselves.
